Getting Started
Step 1: Guest Count
Decide the number of guests to invite or count how many have already RSVP’d by a particular date. We determine the number of tables you will need from your guest count. Please see the formula below to determine how many tables you will need for your event based on a certain number of guests:
Example: 200 guests, divide that number by 2 = 100, then divide that by 9 (average number of playing positions at each table) = 11.11 tables. We always recommend rounding up, so 12 tables total.
You can also pick from any of our convenient party packages!
Step 2: Casino Tables
We have many different casino games for your guests to have fun. You can choose from Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Texas Hold ‘Em Poker, Trivia, Wheel of Fortune, Chuck-A-Luck, and Casino War. The most popular tables are Blackjack, Craps, and Roulette.
We also have Digital Slot Machines, Electronic Games and Horse Racing to make the event even better!
Step 3: Chip Values/Cashing Out
If you choose to have prizes for your event, our Fun Services’ dealers can help with cashing out all guests at the end of the casino night.
Many clients choose to do a raffle at the end for several fun prizes. The chips can be redeemed for raffle tickets that go towards those prizes.
